The 7/8s worked up a sweat at the Creston and District Community Complex! Students received an orientation to the Fitness Centre, and survived circuit training and a POUND group fitness class! Side-note: please send your pre-teens to school with deodorant! Many thanks to the CDCC staff for making this such a fun visit!
